HOW THE IELTS LISTENING AND IELTS READING ARE GRADED

Unlike IELTS Writing and IELTS Speaking that are scored based on four marking criteria, IELTS Listening and IELTS Reading are graded based on a list scores. It is graded as follows;

 

IELTS Listening Band Scores

Each candidate is graded based on 40 questions in a 0-9 band scale. Below is a list of the scores;
